Pull up to the store with an OPEN sign still lit (6:51pm)and customers inside. Once the employee was off the phone I was told that they were not excepting anymore customers for the night, that the last 2 there were it. TURN THE SIGN OFF THEN. Being a small business owner I understand working late and going above the expectations to HELP people. I guess the month off for COVID 19 they DO NOT NEED BUSINESS. I will never give Sports Clips my business especially since I was told how to come back when they open or mid day or before they close. Oh I can also make an appointment which might be best. Advice was great, thanks for it. I will go someplace that understands PEOPLE and what it means to SERVE THE CUSTOMER. Oh I buzz cut my hair, never takes more than 10 minutes.

This sports clips has to be one of the worst places to go in Firestone if you want a decent haircut without an hour wait. Every time I go in it’s easily a 30 minute up to 2 hour wait. I went in today 3/16/19 arrived a few minutes before they even opened and what a surprise there was already a 30 minute wait. Before they even open! How is that even possible and they never have the staff to support the amount of clients they have but I guess they don’t care if they lose customers to the competition. I’m done with sports clips and will start my search over for a new place because most places don’t give a decent haircut around here. Way to go sports clips! List yet another customer to crappy service. Oh and your online check in never works either just FYI!

Always an hour plus wait. I called today at 530 asked the lady how long the wait was and she told me an hour so I figured it would give them 30 min to do a 10 min haircut and she told me it was to late to get on the list. Previously loved this place until the new staff member don't last longer than a month
