Worst customer service possible. The stylist, Ashley, gave me the worst haircut I've had in 49 yrs, the manager tried to fix my hair, told me my next cut was free, that she'd put it under my name for the next time I came in. So, I bring my son in, wait for over an hour, was "on deck" to get his hair cut and Ashley, AGAIN, takes a man below us on the list. He even TELLS HER that he's not next, but she shrugs and says "oh well" and puts him in the chair. Then the next lady tells me that there IS no free cut under my name, and even it there was it would be for me, NOT my son. She says it just shows a "reservice". I tell her the reservice was to FIX the screwup of my hair the FIRST time. So I ask her if she's really serious, if there was a free cut for me, my own SON couldn't have it, and she says "yes, it would be just for you, but I'm not showing anything for you". I told her "nevermind, we're leaving and never coming back here (after the hour long wait to be passed over, rememeber)" and she becomes totally condescending and says "Sir, you try and enjoy the rest of your day". UNBELIEVABLE. I told her the customer service sucks, and we WILL have a better day knowing we won't ever be coming back and she replied "Good". The place is obviously run by incompetent, non-caring, simpletons who can't even follow their own list of who's next in line, and don't CARE TO, even when their told. The manager who was supposed to just type in a "we're sorry Ashley RUINED your hair" free cut for me couldn't even mange to get that done. A ridiculously long wait for a terrible haircut and even WORSE customer service. I will never go again, will advise everyone I know NOT to frequent this poor excuse for a hair cut joint, starting with this review. If I could put negative stars as a rating, I would. Avoid this pathetic shop and take the time to go get a real haircut from professionals, not these rude hacks.

This store is very, very SLOW. First their website is not accurate it states that their opening time is 9 am. Actually it is 10 am they tape a piece of paper on the front door showing their different times. How convenient! They only have ONE hair cutter on duty in the morning so if you are not the very first one in the door you will have at least a 30 to 40 minute wait before even starting to get your haircut. So if you have about an one and a half hours to get a $12.oo haircut stop by, if you have a life, go some place else.
