I came into the shop recently. I was never acknowledged or greeted. I sat for over an hour, while the monitor on the wall kept filling up with reservations. Never having made reservations before, I never understood the protocols for getting a haircut there. So after the long wait, I asked one of the barbers if she was almost ready for me. She said that there were four people ahead of me with reservations, and that there was a three and a half hour wait all day long. After having been served at this establishment many times without issues, and giving the barbers very generous tips each visit, having been told what I was told, it really annoyed me. I walked out, told them I was never coming back. One of the barbers was in the back for several minutes before I left. If the shop had a wait time of more than three hours, for one of the barbers to be missing in action was really rude to say the least. Anyway I will never go back there.

You are horrible the snippy manager, telling me it’s not an appointment when you make me wait 120 minutes then I check in and you don’t care you let me sit and wait. I’m not getting my hair cut when your rude to me. I have lots to do why set an appointment if you can’t keep it!
